BEYOND SURVIVAL • A 6-WEEK COURSE

You promised yourself you’d parent differently. Here’s how.

One of the first courses created specifically for parents with trauma by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and trauma expert

One-time payment • $47 • Lifetime access

IF YOU LEAVE HERE ONLY UNDERSTANDING ONE THING I HOPE IT’S THIS:

The way you’re parenting makes complete sense.

You’re trying SO HARD to do things differently and yet feel like your failing parenthood so much of the time.

STOP SHAMING YOURSELF FOR SOMETHING YOU WERE NEVER TAUGHT.

When your child has a meltdown and you feel something primal rise up in you — rage, shutdown, panic — that’s not a parenting failure. That’s your nervous system doing exactly what it learned to do to keep you safe when you were small.

The problem is, those responses were built for survival. Not for connection. Not for the gentle, firm, and present parent you want to be.

It’s not hopeless, it’s just that you’re operating from a blueprint that was written before you had any say in it.

This course helps you rewrite it.

IS THIS YOU?

This course is for you if…

You find yourself yelling and genuinely don’t know why it escalated so fast

Your child’s big emotions trigger something deep and overwhelming in you

You grew up in a home that wasn’t physically or emotionally safe, and you’re determined not to repeat it

You’ve read the parenting books but still can’t seem to respond the way you want to in the moment

You love your kids fiercely but parenting often feels more like surviving than enjoying

YOUR GUIDE

Meet Amber Trejo.

— LICENSED MARRIAGE & FAMILY THERAPIST

— TRAUMA & ATTACHMENT SPECIALIST

— COMPLEX TRAUMA SURVIVOR & MOM

I didn’t come to this work from the outside looking in. I lived it — the childhood that left marks, the parenting moments I’m not proud of, the desperate wish to do better and not knowing how.

I built this course because the resources I needed didn’t exist. Not ones that combined clinical knowledge with the lived reality of being a trauma survivor trying to raise whole, secure kids.

I know exactly where you are. And I know the way through.

WHAT PARENTS SAY

Real results from real parents

★★★★★

“One of the most impactful things I realized during the course was that being triggered by my oldest was actually due to not feeling safe because had l acted in the way that my child did when I was a child, it would not have been safe. It's such a simple perspective shift but it really helps.”

— COURSE PARTICIPANT

★★★★★

“From the very beginning, Amber creates a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering, which makes it possible to face even the most difficult emotions without fear.”

QUESTIONS

Before you go…

Is this therapy?

No — this is an educational course, not a therapeutic relationship. It’s designed to compliment therapy, not replace it. That said, many participants feel it profoundly healing. If you’re in active crisis, please reach out to a licensed therapist directly.

What if I don’t have much time?

The lessons are 20–40 minutes each and completely self-paced. You’re not locked into a schedule. Many parents do one lesson per week over six weeks, but you can move faster or slower — the materials are yours forever.

My trauma isn’t “that bad.” Is this still for me?

Yes. Trauma exists on a spectrum, and you don’t need to have experienced extreme events to be impacted by your childhood. If your past is showing up in your parenting in ways you don’t want, this course was built for you.

There are so many parenting courses out there, what makes this one different?

Most parenting courses are focused on your child’s experience and how to change YOUR behaviors to help them. This course focuses on how your childhood wounds have shaped the way you parent. It helps you understand your reactions and HEAL what is in the way of you being the parent you want to be. Reach out within 7 days of purchase if you aren’t satisfied and I’ll make it right. I want you to feel confident saying yes.

Your kids don’t need a perfect parent. They need a present one.

You’ve already taken the hardest step — recognizing the cycle. Now let’s break it together.
