hey there!

INTEGRATIVE TRAUMA THERAPIST

I believe in the transformational power of connection and relationship—I also know firsthand that both of these can be difficult for survivors of trauma.

Driven by a desire to break the cycles of abuse and neglect in my own family, I’ve dedicated my life to teaching others how to do the same.

My personal journey through complex trauma and healing has fostered a deep sense of compassion and empathy for those facing similar challenges. For many years, I searched for freedom from low self-worth, shame, anxiety, and depression, and it’s inspired me to support others on this healing path.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (IN) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I started this practice to help survivors access the integrated somatic and psychodynamic modalities needed to truly heal trauma.

I’m Here to Help You…

SHIFT FROM SURVIVING TO THRIVING

As your Integrative Trauma Therapist, my goal is to empower you with tools and strategies that not only help you overcome your trauma but also enable you to build resilience and thrive in your everyday life. By providing a safe and supportive space where we can work through your past experiences together, I’ll help you to process and reframe them in a way that fosters true and lasting healing.

my goals

As your partner in healing, my goals for our work together are…

it’s safe to heal

Psychoeducation: Teaching survivors how trauma affects their mind, body, and relationships.

Safety & Stability: Giving survivors the tools they need to bring safety back to their bodies.

Thriving Relationships: Helping survivors recognize unhealthy relationship patterns & heal attachment wounds.

Reconnecting to Your Authentic Self: Leading survivors back to the most authentic versions of themselves and the joy of the present moment.

"As traumatized children, we always dreamed that someone would come and save us. We never dreamed that it would, in fact, be ourselves, as adults."
